Client Charter

  1. Counter services for all transactions will be attended to within five (5) minutes.
  2. Ensure that the Faculty’s Academic Guide can be accessed within three (3) weeks from the date of new student enrollment for each academic session.
  3. Ensure that the Instructional Plan (IP) can be accessed on MyGURU during the first week of classes.
  4. Ensure that course work marks are displayed for student review by the 13th week of instruction.
  5. Ensure that students receive academic guidance and counseling at least three (3) times per semester.
  6. Ensure that all applications for conducting activities/programs that require approval are responded to within seven (7) working days.
  7. Ensure that equipment and tools for laboratories/workshops/storage/studios are ready for use at least ten (10) minutes before the start of the lecture.
  8. Feedback to the complainant should be provided within one (1) working day to inform them that their complaint has been acknowledged and will be addressed.
