- Counter services for all transactions will be attended to within five (5) minutes.
- Ensure that the Faculty’s Academic Guide can be accessed within three (3) weeks from the date of new student enrollment for each academic session.
- Ensure the proforma can be achieved in MyGURU during the first week of lectures
- Ensure that course work marks are displayed for student review by the 13th week of instruction.
- Ensure that students receive academic guidance and counseling at least three (3) times per semester.
- Ensure that all applications for conducting activities/programs that require approval are responded to within seven (7) working days.
- Ensure that equipment and tools for laboratories/workshops/storage/studios are ready for use at least ten (10) minutes before the start of the lecture.
- Feedback to the complainant should be provided within one (1) working day to inform them that their complaint has been acknowledged and will be addressed.
